Lifestyle Property Management seeks to hire full time Leasing Consultants to join our luxury apartment community team. Essential job functions include providing potential residents with information about the community and model choices, showing luxury apartments to prospective residents, assisting with new lease applications and renewal leases for current residents, following up on resident question and concerns, and completing other tasks as assigned. Strong customer service skills, teamwork, interpersonal and communication skills are required. Previous sales or leasing experience is preferred. High school degree or equivalent required, Bachelor's degree preferred.

Maintenance Technician
Lifestyle Property Management seeks to hire a full time Maintenance Technician to work at one of our luxury apartment communities. Essential job functions include completing resident work and service order requests in a timely manner, providing outstanding customer experiences to residents, assisting with upkeep of community grounds, clubhouses and buildings, handling emergency service calls on a rotational basis, and other tasks as assigned. High school degree or equivalent required. Previous residential property and facilities experience preferred. Class A apartment maintenance and service experience and HVAC certification preferred. Valid, unrestricted drivers license required.

Fitness Associate
Om Fitness seeks a knowledgeable and enthusiastic Fitness Associate to work at the front desk of our public fitness facility located in New Albany. Key job functions include greeting all members, assisting new prospects by providing facility tours, signing up new members, connecting and building rapport with members, completing general cleaning tasks of facility, and handling supplement and merchandise sales. Previous customer service experience within a fitness facility preferred. A typical weekly schedule may consist of multiple evening shifts throughout the week and weekend hours.

Construction Project Manager
Lifestyle Communities presently seeks to hire a full- time Construction Project Manager to join its team in Columbus, Ohio and the greater Lexington, Kentucky area. Key job functions will include, but are not limited to, managing the construction process of residential apartment and condominiums at new development projects or phases within a community in accordance to approved plans, budgets and schedules; coordinating daily activities with subcontractors, government officials, inspectors and consultants to ensure that all construction is in compliance with current municipal standards and guidelines and quality standards; and managing subcontractor relationships. Bachelor's degree in construction management or related discipline is preferred and three to five years residential, multi family construction management experience is required. Work requires strong knowledge of local and national building codes. Work requires strong knowledge of safe construction practices and OSHA regulations. Work requires ability to effectively communicate with participants at all levels of a development project. Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines in a dynamic environment is necessary.
