Looking Back

The story of Lifestyle Communities began over thirty years ago. Founder and Chairman, Michael DeAscentis’ early commitment to integrity and demand for quality earned him great respect in residential development. Seeing the interest of his son in entering into the family business, in 1990 Mike, Sr. formed D & H Diversified, which led to the creation of Lifestyle Communities in 1996. Since then, Lifestyle Communities has built and managed over 7000 apartment and condo units and is the market leader in commitment to its clientele.
